This opening session of the Fluid Power Conference & Expo in Milwaukee was sponsored by Webster Instruments and presented Tom Wanke, Director of the Fluid Power Institute at MSOE.

It's hard to cover such a broad subject in just one hour, but Tom did a great job of explaining how you need a systematic approach to troubleshooting instead of resorting to trial-and-error methods. He seasoned his presentation with several interesting examples from his own experience.

More than 50 people were in attendance, and evaluations were overwhelmingly positive for the content, visual aids, and, especially, the speaker.
