Hi Nahum - here are a couple articles from H&P about Parker Hannifin's Chainless Challenge, a competition they do with about 10-12 colleges nationwide to design and build a bicycle that runs on hydraulics or pneumatics. Unfortunately, the gentlemen over there who was in charge of the competition retired, so I can't give you a contact, but if you're interested, perhaps we can see if someone else at Parker is taking over the event.

Dear Mary,
I Know. I have been in Cleveland , I presented the prototype ,
I made a presentation to all 12 college students and made another
presentation to Parker's key persons.
I know that Mr. Larry Schrader already retired. I still have some
contacts with Parker but for a successive project you need to have
an winning idea, good economic situation and someone that believe
on its future. If all three don't append at the same time, it dosn't
work. If you like to learn more about this project, let me know.
