Does anyone know the status of Eaton's HAL program for the Ford F-350 Tonka truck?

2nd Question:
Does anyone know of any available technical information (other than what appeared in the Sept.18,06 issue of Business Week) on Tom Kasmer's "hydristor" system? Is this system patented?
