Hello Josh,
Thanks for that, your the second person today, (my instructor being the other), to mention my appalling us of the English language, I've simply got into a bad habit of using mobile text shorthand, I've stopped as off now!
Regards the project I cannot use anything already mentioned in any of the college handbooks, which makes things difficult because, its an Engineering college! I need a topic thats new/original, and something I can give a 15 lecture on that will keep my fellow classmates interest?
Kind regards, John Eagleson

You can try this site for some general info on hose from Eaton/Aeroquip.
https://web.fluidpower.eaton.com/public/weatherheadoverview.htm

Parker, Weatherhead nd Swagelok are others that might be helpful sites.

Try Googling for these other companies.

We use a special non-conductive hydraulic hose for some applications on an electric arc furnace. Paraflex if my memory serves me correctly-system pressure of 3000 psi on mineral oil-maybe this will help.
