I can only assume that your problems are with you local distributor. If that is the case, I would recommend that you contact Sun directly and let them know you are displeased.

I have used Sun valves and cartridges since their start-up with little or no problems, and you might note that they are still in business (Fluid Controls, Modular Controls, etc., all sold out and now most if not all their valves have been obsoleted in favor of the "house" brand).

From performance, reliability and safety stand points, I have not been able to find a better engineered nor better tested product available anywhere at any price.

So, I will continue to specify Sun on all new applications and will install Sun as replacements when possible for all other brands when they fail.
