Are there any manufacturers of ultra-high pressure pneumatic cylinders? I'm looking for 2000 psi and up. If possible, it needs to run with lubrication.

Josh;
Go to the "Designers Guide" link on the Home page of this Forum and look at all the Cylinder offerings. They show Max. Pressure available and give a link to the company.

How many do you need Josh? If you just need a few I could make them for you.

We just need 1 for a pneumatic pressure intensifier. Do you have seals which can be operated with little or no lubrication?

Hey Josh

We could put a glass filled ptfe piston seal in it.It's rated 0-5000 p.s.i. Not sure how long it will last without lube tho. How should I get in touch with you so we could discuss this further?
