I have a problem with Cylinders on schematic drawings that are all shown in Mid-Stroke.

Needles to say it is not impossible that a cylinder could be "At Rest" in the center condition anytime a 3-Position Directional Cntrol valve is shown, however a cylinder that has a 2-Position Directional Control Valve must be fully extended or retracted anytime the pump is running.

Is there some symbol drawing system that makes the schematics that have all cylinders shown in Mid-Stroke corect?

I find it confusing when trying to figure out a circuit drawn withthe cylinder in Mid-Stroke.
