I have a dump lift with a Fenner DC-70 hydraulic 12 volt lift. The unit will only go up and not down regardless of which direction button is pressed. Any ideas?
Most of these units use a solenoid operated 2-Way Valve Normally Closed valve to allow flow from the lift cylinder to return to tank when energized.
You could have a broken wire, no 12 Volt to to switch, abad switch, a bad Solenoid Coil, a valve so contaminated that it will not open to namea few scenarios.
